Brandi Neville is a seasoned legal professional with years of experience in California probate and estate planning matters. She has built her career on precision, reliability, and a commitment to helping attorneys, fiduciaries, and individuals navigate complex legal processes with confidence.
Brandi began her legal journey by earning an Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies and a Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal Studies with High Honors from El Camino College. She later expanded her expertise with an Associate of Science in Business Management and a Certificate of Achievement in Business Management, equipping her with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Her education provided a solid foundation in legal research, drafting pleadings, case planning, and document analysis. Brandi excelled in courses such as Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Civil Procedure, Legal Research and Writing, and Business Law, graduating with top marks in all subjects.
Since 2018, Brandi has worked extensively in probate and trust administration, managing complex caseloads and developing efficient systems for case progression. In 2020, she launched Neville Paralegal Pro, offering contract paralegal services and later becoming a Registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) to assist individuals with professional document preparation. Brandi saw how many people struggle with complex paperwork and high legal fees. By offering self-help document preparation she can help clients save time and money, reduce stress, and move forward with confidence.
